How is this different than the anfan reflex bag? It looks identical.

Honestly I don’t think there’s a difference. I really like my punching bag. It works great for me, I don’t have any complaints. It works as good as the other expensive ones.

Im pretty much a beast when it comes to working out and this bad boy of a bag is well worth the money as its able to take a beating with ease. Im a Marine Corp veteran/Amateur boxer/Nw Yorker/Cali living/Entrepreneur and this is such a great tool to have to keep me sharp. Mind youyou have to know how to hit. You cant just go to town on this with power and speed...you NEED timing and this allows that. Ohand it will hit you back...not softly either so keep your hands up!
