I have two DOGS, one weighs 15 pounds,the other weighs 5 pounds....the both are MAD comfortable, in this double decker.

Can two 10 pound cats fit in each cage?
I have a 9lb and a 16lb cat. The smaller one fits on top and the bigger one fits on the bottom. They both have plenty of room to lay down. If you are asking if 2- 10 lbs cats can fit in each compartment for a total of 4 cats? I think 4-10 lb cats would fit just fine.

Can you use this as 2 carriers in the car?
Yes you can, they detach from the stroller, but they are soft carriers so if you feel your cat will try to get out of it I suggest a hard carrier instead

Can you disconnect the carriers to put under an airline seat?
I don’t think so. The sides of the crates stay up because they snap around the metal part of the stroller.,if you took them off, they would just be a flat piece of material.
