i bought it. the stroller has EVA wheels. i think it is good and beautiful.

Are the wheels rubber or plastic?
the wheels are not air, it's EVA plastic. and durable. My wife calls this stroller she uses for our dog all terrane and goes anywhere. We are very pleased and have owned it for over a year.

Can this be used on Gravel , sand , pavement or just pavement ?
It’s a nice stroller- very pleased. Does better on pavement of course just as any stroller would. Not sure about sand. I used it on light gravel and it did fine.
