These type of kayak carts & dollys are not designed or intended to tow behind a car, motorized vehicle or bicycle, not even for a short distance, and their manufacturers warn against such use. They are only meant for hand-towing your boat. For towing behind a car, you would need an actual car trailer, or perhaps consider transporting it on top of your vehicle with a roof rack/tie-downs.
